Terms of Service

The terms that govern using this site and working with us.

Plain English. The short version: the marketing site is information, draft BRDs are non-binding, and a real engagement starts only when both sides sign a written engagement document.

Short version

Use the site for genuine business enquiries. Anything you see here — including AI-generated draft BRDs — is indicative, not a contract. A binding engagement starts only with a signed engagement document, which then governs scope, fees, and IP.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of aorborc.com ("the site") and the tools on it — the contact form, the AI-Assisted Project Planner, and the AI assistant (Aora). "AorBorC", "we", and "us" refer to AorBorC Technologies. "You" refers to the person or business using the site.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the latest revision.

2. The site is information, not an offer

Everything on the marketing site — service descriptions, case studies, planning content, and timelines — is provided for general information. Nothing on the site is a binding offer, a fixed quote, or a contract.

A binding engagement exists only when AorBorC and a client sign a separate written engagement document. Until that point, no commitment is created on either side.

3. BRD plans are non-binding

The AI-Assisted Project Planner can generate a draft business requirements document and customer plan based on the information you provide. It does not generate public SOWs, commercials, proposals, payment schedules, or binding prices.

Draft BRD content is not a fixed scope, fixed price, or contract. It is a planning starting point for review. AorBorC accepts no liability for any decision made in reliance on an unreviewed draft BRD.

AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing any draft before approving or relying on it.

4. Engagements, fees, and payment

When an engagement is agreed, the signed engagement document sets out scope, deliverables, fees, milestones, and payment terms. Those engagement terms take precedence over anything on this site.

Our minimum engagement is US$5,000. Fees are quoted in US dollars unless the engagement document states otherwise. Invoices are payable per the schedule in the engagement document.

5. Intellectual property

The site's content, branding, layout, and code are owned by AorBorC or used under licence. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, republish, or resell its content without written permission.

Ownership of work product created during a paid engagement is governed by the engagement document — typically the client owns the delivered application and configuration, while AorBorC retains its pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to submit false information, impersonate others, send spam, probe or attack the infrastructure, scrape content at scale, or interfere with other users.

The contact form and AI-Assisted Project Planner are for genuine business enquiries. We rate-limit submissions and verify email addresses to keep the site free of abuse; automated or bulk submissions may be blocked.

The AI assistant (Aora) is for general guidance about AorBorC's services. Do not rely on it for legal, financial, or professional advice.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AorBorC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, including draft BRDs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The site links to third-party services (for example Zoho SalesIQ live chat). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

8. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the site, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your own country.

Questions about these terms: submit them through our /contact form with "Terms" in the subject line.
