US-Based EdTech Tutoring Marketplace
A US-based education founder came to us to build a tutoring marketplace mobile app that could link to 529 college-savings plans and give tutors and parents a single place to schedule, communicate, and transact. We shipped a Firebase-backed iOS and Android app with Google Sign-In, location-aware tutor search, Google Calendar sync, in-app chat, transparent hour-tracking, Plaid-based withdrawals, and a 529-linked discount engine. The result is a tutoring app that doubles as a financial-planning tool - rare in the US edtech space.

US Learning & Coaching Organization
A US-based learning and coaching organisation was running its operations on a patchwork of spreadsheets - coaching schedules, finance, client management, certificates, invoicing, HR expenses and PTO, service-delivery issue tracking. We built a Zoho Creator platform that unified it all: a coaching view for sessions and progress, a finance view tied to QuickBooks products, a client management view with service-agreement history, an operations view with KPIs, a coach-manager view for staff oversight, a personal "My Area" dashboard per user, HR modules for expenses and PTO, plus certificate reporting, invoice triggers, and a service-delivery challenges tracker. The result: a unified operating picture instead of 15 tools.
